Thank you for your interest in engaging Dr. Aasim I. Padela as a speaker for your event or program. Dr. Padela is an internationally recognized expert in Islamic bioethics and medicine, and we are honored by your consideration of him for your event.
Please complete the form below to submit your request. Requests must be submitted at least six (6) months in advance for consideration due to Dr. Padela's extensive schedule. HONORARIUM / TRAVEL EXPENSES

Honorariums are to be negotiated based on how many days Dr. Padela is away from work and event type. Given that Dr. Padela must cover his clinical obligations, a general rubric follows: Each 2-day absence requires an honorarium of at least $2000. Panel presentations are less involved than keynote lectures and as such, the honorarium should reflect the time and effort required to prepare.

REQUESTED TRAVEL ACCOMODATIONS

Domestic US Travel: Economy tickets with economy plus seats
International Travel: Premium economy or business class for flights longer than 3 hours
Housing: 3-star hotel or above. If this is not available, a good quality university guest house or bed and breakfast facility may be doable.
Ground Travel Expenses (Uber, Lyft, Taxi, etc.): Host to cover expenses.
Subsistence expenses (meals, refreshments, etc.): Host to cover expenses.
